Hakki Pilke presented the revolutionary X Firewood Factory for the first time at the FinnMETKO exhibition in August 29th, 2024. This top-of-the-line machine includes large Feed 900 log table that can handle logs with a diameter of up to 90 cm, the professional S90 saw machine with superior efficiency and reliability, the log splitter X90 with top-notch technology and superior power and XL Conveyor designed for large quantities of firewood. Finnish quality for international firewood production

This is the first machine of this size manufactured in Finland. The splitting machine also features an X-blade that splits the log vertically, a technique that has not been used before in Finnish firewood machines.

The X Firewood Factory is designed for true professionals and industrial production, for those who want to achieve high productivity and require uninterrupted material flow and a high-quality end product. The machine is mainly intended for export markets where log sizes are large.

XL Conveyor 

The X Firewood Factory is crowned with the XL Outfeed Conveyor, available in three sizes: 4, 6, or 8 meters. The 60 cm (24″) wide conveyor transports large quantities of firewood and it has a built-in cleaning system that separates debris from the firewood. The pivoting outfeed conveyor is easily detachable from the machine, and it can be transported short distances on its own wheels.
